Dean of academics can view the batches added by the super admin. But he cannot change the batch details. For that dean click the  batches in the menu bar batches page appears as shown in figure above. For that click the open button and details appear as shown in the figure below.

The Dean of Academics can view general information, admission conditions, graduation conditions and semester details. 

The Dean of academics can close the batch when all the semesters are closed as shown in below.
