Admission officer can import the csv file and throw the prospects for that click the prospects in the menu bar then a page appears as shown in figure below.

click the choose file button and select only csv file the format of csv file must be serial number, name surname , address, email id, phone number and gender. Select csv file as shown in below figure. registered students details also appear  to approve the student click the approve button then a success message appears as shown in below.

the student gets the confirmation mails and then the student can access the system.
